This Monday, football legends from all over the world gathered in a glamorous ceremony in Paris to celebrate one of the most anticipated events of the year – The Best FIFA Football Awards™. The crowning gathered superstars like Lionel Messi, Richarlison, Kylian Mbappé, Alexa Putellas, Sarina Wiegman and many others in an emotional occasion to honor the nominees, winners, and eternal legends. And of course, the current FIFAe World Champion, Umut Gültekin was among the stars who attended the event.

Umut had the chance to watch the FIFA Legends Tournament and have a chat with his favorite stars. Among those, the iconic French midfielder Christian Karembeu.

The FIFAe World Champion also attended the official photoshoot where he met superstars such as the center-back for the Dutch national team and Liverpool, Virgil van Dijk.

And finally, during the Award ceremony he got to meet and take a photo with his idol, The Best Player of the Year: Lionel Messi.

For over ten years, FIFAe World Champions have had the chance to meet The Best. Like in 2012, Alfonso Ramos had the chance to play with Gerard Piqué, like in 2019 when the double World Champion, MSDossary got to talk to incredible football players and MoAuba got that iconic photograph next to Kylian Mbappé – this year was Umut’s chance to celebrate along with his real-life football heroes in this prestigious occasion.
