eFutisliiga 2025 Open Qualifiers

The Veikkausliiga and the Finnish Football Association have launched the fourth season of the eFutisliiga, kicking off with the first open qualifier on 26 January. This season features two open qualifiers, each offering the top 2 players the opportunity to advance to the main stage.

Competition Structure

Three tournaments are held within the competition:

  • Open Qualifier I: 26 January (online)
  • Open Qualifier II: 2 February (online)
  • Main Competition: 20 - 21 February (offline)

The first qualifier on 26 January will see a double-elimination bracket in a Bo1 format, where 56 registered players compete for the top 2 spots.

For those who don't qualify or miss the first chance, a second qualifier will open for registration until 31 January at 23:59 (Finnish time) and take place on 2 February. The second open qualifier also sees a double elimination bracket.

Once four total players have secured their spots, the main stage will unfold at an offline event during the Winter Assembly trade fair, hosted at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Participation

The qualifiers are played in a 1v1 format, with participants using their own FUT teams. While there are no rating restrictions, teams are limited to a maximum of two loan cards. Players can compete on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, or PC.

Prizes

The top 2 players from each qualifier will advance to the main competition. The ultimate winner of the eFutisliiga earns a coveted spot in the eChampions League later this year.
