Prepare for the FIFAe World Cup 2026™ Challenger Series!

The 2025 FIFAe season concluded in December with Thailand crowned as champions Champions of the FIFAe World Cup 25™ ft. eFootball™ Mobile and Poland crowned as Champions of the FIFAe World Cup 25™ ft. eFootball™ Console.

The FIFAe World Cup 2026™ Challenger Series is an official in-game competition organized by Konami, taking place from 12-22 February, open to eligible eFootball™ players worldwide. It is an opportunity for the world’s best players to be recognized by their respective FIFA Member Association for national team nomination. The rankings of the top players for all national teams will be displayed here on FIFA.GG.

All players must register on FIFA.GG and claim their profile in the ranking. Claiming the a profile is mandatory to be eligible for national team selection.

How to participate

The FIFAe World Cup 2026™ Challenger Series consists of three consecutive rounds. To participate, go to Match > Tournament > FIFAe World Cup 2026™ Challenger Series.

Round 1 (12-19 February)

Players must complete VS AI Challenge Events to advance to Round 2.

Round 2 (12-19 February)

Players must complete PvP Challenge Events to qualify for the Ranking Event in Round 3.

Round 3 – Ranking Event (20-23 February)

During the Matchmaking window, players compete in PvP matches for the highest possible ranking position to achieve the highest possible ranking.

Top-ranked players will receive a private in-game notification explaining outlining the next steps and registration procedures process required to become eligible for national team selection.

Final rankings will be published on FIFA.GG shortly after the conclusion of Round 3

Profile Claiming & Registration (Mandatory)

In addition to in-game performance, all players must register on FIFA.GG and claim their profile in the ranking. Claiming the a profile is mandatory to be eligible for national team selection.

Eligibility requirements

To be considered for national team selection by a FIFA Member Association, all players must meet the following requirements:

• Players must select a national team when signing up for the FIFAe World Cup 2026™ Challenger Series.
• Players must hold a valid passport of the national team they selected.
• The selected national team must be participating in the FIFAe World Cup 26™ ft. eFootball™ Console or eFootball™ Mobile.
• Players must be registered on FIFA.GG and have their Konami User ID linked to their account.
• Players must be 16 years of age or older when they represent their national team at an official FIFAe Tournament.
