The FIFAe Referee Certification Programme is a global initiative by FIFAe that establishes a unified standard for esports refereeing across all FIFAe-sanctioned titles. The programme provides a structured pathway for referee development, education, and certification, ensuring the integrity and professionalism of FIFAe competitions worldwide.
This initiative strengthens referees as central pillars of fair and transparent competition while opening long-term development opportunities in the esports ecosystem.

The online programme is open to esports enthusiasts nominated by FIFA Member Associations. That means: If you’re working with a Member Association, this is your chance to get involved!
The first edition is limited to 30 participants, to ensure high-quality interaction and personalized guidance. If you are interested, sign up or get in touch with us via your respective Member Association’s communication channel.
