As part of the Talent Lab Programme, you’ll step into the world of digital sports storytelling — from crafting social-first content football gaming to capturing the esports personalities and rivalries that define today’s football esports scene.

You’ll received best-in-class mentorship with experienced creators and editors from 433, one of the world’s leading football media brands, and the FIFAe team – FIFA’s esports and gaming brand – to help shape how fans see and experience the future of football entertainment.

In addition, you may also join esports events in the coming months, gaining behind-the-scenes access and helping produce independent coverage that reaches fans across the globe.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for the next superstar of football esports journalism – someone who lives and breathes the intersection of football, gaming, and digital culture and understand social media inside-out.

• Strong understanding of the football esports and gaming scene (Rocket League, eFootball™, Football Manager, etc.)

• A creative and social-first mindset — you know what works on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills

• Highly flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)
