TALONESUI has won the FIFAe Fame Your Game Cup 2024
The FIFAe World Cup featuring Football Manager has displayed incredible recoveries and downfall of nations
The competition continues 31 August, when only four competitors qualify for the finals on 1 September.
The third day of the FIFAe Next Gen 2024 Liverpool event has been exhilarating, presenting intense emotions during the end of the FIFAe Fame Your Game Cup on eFootball Mobile and a third day of the FIFAe World Cup featuring Football Manager. First, the Thai representative saw the victory and a big share of the prize pool; and on the manager competition, participants saw downfalls, rises and different celebrations and resignations.
The competition started with the exciting display from Group A, led by ReadyForIt. The Japanese Gu_038Games managed to make his way to the second place, qualifying for the semi finals along with the South American.
Another South American who showed an incredible set of skills was Juninho, who remained completely undefeated throughout Group B, followed by TALONESUI who managed to secure the second spot after a close tie of points with DennisBernardYT.
Juninho and Gu_038Games faced each other in the semifinals, with Juninho winning 2 of 3 games and effectively becoming a finalist.
TALONESUI eliminated ReadyForIt after a three games-matchup, which ended in penalty shootouts making it a nerve-wrecking set of games.
Despite best efforts, Juninho ended up claiming the second place after TALONESUI closely defeated him in the third game, with the Thai eFootball player becoming the winner.
The competition saw Spain resurfacing from the bottom, while Germany, South Africa and the Netherlands have remained consistently strong.
Other nations like Peru had a worse luck, sinking to the last two places after topping the table on season 1.
All nations remain friendly to each other, seeing often a banter between France and England’s managers.
Jack Peachman’s England is the nation that has, by far, spent the most money in its group.
Indonesia and Malaysia keep strong places in the table, with an incredible support from their fans back home.
On 31 August, managers go into battle for the four spots at the semi finals at the FIFAe World Cup featuring Football Manager. These four winners will meet on 1 September and will be accompanied by an audience that day.
