Coaches input

The workshop evolved into an interactive environment where coaches engaged in discussions and hands-on activities to identify critical content areas for development that would benefit seasoned and aspiring coaches in the FIFAe scene.

These insights taken from the first meeting are integrated into an evolving curriculum with the invaluable collaboration of the participating coaches. With the ongoing participants’ expertise, the programme promises to stay relevant and to reflect real-world coaching demands in the competitive digital football scene.

FITGMR, FIFA FIT, FIFA Accessibility and FIFA Safeguarding

FITGMR’s evidence-based methodology provides the scientific backbone of the programme. Additional contributions from FIFA FIT, FIFA Accessibility, and FIFA Safeguarding, on the other hand, are essential to keep an inclusive and balanced approach to coach education.

About the programme

By combining scientifically based evidence with elite coaching perspectives, the FIFAe Coach Development Programme marks a significant milestone toward professionalizing coaching and improving the framework on which FIFAe coaches work within the FIFAe ecosystem. Building on this inaugural session, the programme will unfold over the course of several weeks. Full details on the schedule will be released shortly.
