The Tempest Awards recognize excellence and influence across esports, spotlighting community-driven and groundbreaking competitions, events, and activations. In the Best New Competitive Community / Esports Game category, FIFAe and Football Manager stood out for creating an experience that bridges professional football and interactive gaming, engaging the community while building a competition format at the highest level. 

The event highlighted a manager’s journey, from signing with a club and holding press conferences to showcasing an impressive understanding of football tactics and formations—capturing the admiration of event ambassador John Terry.
