How to claim your ranked position for the FIFAe World Cup 2025™ Challenger Series

As FIFA.GG continues to grow as the central hub for global football esports, eFootball™ remains one of the featured titles at the FIFAe Finals 2025.

Now that the FIFAe World Cup 2025™ Challenger Series has concluded, players who have not yet registered on FIFA.GG, or who have not correctly synced their Konami IDs, can now claim their ranked positions.

Before you start the process:

  • If you already set up your account with your Konami ID and you are within the top 100 of your country, you may not need to take any further action. To confirm, check the FAQ: “How to know if I have successfully claimed my profile?”

Below we explain the steps for registration and claiming your ranking position.

Step 1: Register on FIFA.GG

(Skip this step if you are already registered as an eFootball™ player on FIFA.GG and synced your Konami ID.)

  1. Go to FIFA.GG and click the Login button in the top-right corner.

  2. You’ll be redirected to a screen where you can either sign in with your FIFA ID or register. Click on Register if you are new.

  3. Fill out the FIFA ID sign-up form. Make sure to use a valid email address, as you’ll need to confirm it to proceed.

  4. If you already have a FIFA.GG account but are not registered as an eFootball™ player, go to your dashboard and click “Become a Player in an additional game title!”. Select eFootball™.

  5. Set your Konami ID, (usually a 13-character code you can find in-game) For help, see FAQ: “What is my Konami ID?”

You now are officially registered as an eFootball™ player on FIFA.GG!

Step 2: Claiming your ranking

Once registered, you can claim your official ranked position on FIFA.GG:

  1. On FIFA.GG, navigate to:

    • Competitions → eFootball™ → FIFAe World Cup 2025™ Challenger Series – Console → Ranking

    • Competitions → eFootball™ → FIFAe World Cup 2025™ Challenger Series – Mobile → Ranking

  2. Use the country selector in the ranking tab (default is Argentina due to alphabetical order).

  3. If you qualified through in-game rounds and placed in the top 100, your gamertag will appear in the leaderboard.

  4. Click your gamertag. If it shows “Unknown player,” fill in the fields for Country of Residence and Konami ID.

    • Example of a Konami ID: ABCD-123-456-789

  5. If the data matches, your ranking position will be officially linked with your account!

Sometimes temporary profiles are created to cover past competitions. If your gamertag is already in use:

  • Use a variation of your name (e.g., username., username_, username1)

  • Then contact support@fifa.org to request a merge with your preferred username.

  • If another player has already claimed your desired username, we cannot guarantee we will be able to change it without proof of consent.
