After 8 nations made their way towards the Playoffs, the Quarter-Finals promised incredible matches and delivered: an intense start of Day 3 was possible thanks to Italy, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Poland and Türkiye. The remarkable duos did an evident absolute best, with three of the Quarter Final matchups going to a third game with a golden goal.

Meanwhile, at the Mobile competition, India, Malaysia, Greece, Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, Japan and Brazil closed the day with an outstanding finish: close competitions that delivered action, nerve-wrecking moments and intense emotions from the passionate players. Key highlights at the FIFAe World Cup 25™ ft. eFootball™ Console

• History repeated itself. On this same day in 2024, Brazil and Indonesia faced each other at the FIFAe World Cup 24™ ft. eFootball™ Console, and the storyline was strikingly similar once again. Brazil opened strongly, with JVictor and HenrykinhO scoring early. Indonesia responded with resilience, mounting a comeback to force a second game. Brazil managed to draw that match, sending the tie to a decisive third game with a golden goal. Indonesia ultimately clinched victory by scoring the golden goal, repeating last year’s outcome.

• Saudi Arabia vs Japan saw the host nation dominate the first game with a convincing 2–0 win. Japan responded in the second game by scoring twice, but GOAT_Iniesta and figo94x found the net once as well, maintaining their overall advantage and securing the win.

• Mexico vs Italy began with a narrow 1–0 victory for Mexico in the first game. Italy answered back in the second game, leveling the matchup and keeping their hopes alive. With Suprema_Ettorito and Naples ultimately snatching victory.

• Despite Poland’s impressive group-stage performance, Türkiye outplayed them in the first game. Poland responded in the second game by scoring once and ultimately secured the matchup with a decisive golden goal.

Semi-Finals

Italy vs Indonesia

This semi-final showcased evenly matched talent between Suprema_Ettorito, Naples, Binongboys, and SHNKS-Elga. Italy broke the deadlock on the second half of the first game and struck again in the second game, giving them a two-goal aggregate advantage. Indonesia fought back and equalized the second game, but Italy’s early goals proved decisive, sending them through to the final.

Poland vs Saudi Arabia

With Ostrybuch, Zilo, figo94x, and GOAT_Iniesta on display, the matchup was tight from the start. The first game of the matchup ended goalless, reflecting the balance between the teams. Poland, however, took control in the second game, winning 2–0 to book their place in the final and eliminate the host nation.

And just like that, the finals promise a European standup between Italy and Poland on Console.

Key Moments at the FIFAe World Cup 25™ ft. eFootball™ Mobile

• India vs Malaysia: Reigning champion MINBAPPE dominated early, leading Malaysia to a 3–0 win over

  DaNIAL in the first game. India responded in the second game with a 2–1 victory, but Malaysia’s aggregate advantage secured a 5–1 overall win, which was a surprising turn of events for the Indian national.

• Brazil vs Greece: A heated quarter-final between JUNINHO and panasboul ensued, with the Brazilian starting with an advantage, and the Greek matching the efforts successfully. At the end of the second game, both players managed to draw a 4-4 aggregate score. The match, however, went to a golden goal, where Brazil scored quickly to seal the win, leaving Greece out of the competition and keeping Brazil's hopes alive for a crown this year.

• Egypt vs Türkiye: Egypt’s VANTOM dominated the first game with a 3–0 victory against The Honored One. Türkiye improved in the second game and managed a draw, but it wasn’t enough to overturn Egypt’s aggregate lead. Final score: 4–1.

• Thailand vs Japan. Thailand secured victory in dramatic fashion with a last-moment goal, having JXMKT show that persistence delivers result. SOUSHUN had to bid goodbye to the competition, securing the title of quarter-finalist.

Semi-Finals

Thailand vs Malaysia

JXMKT proved himself once again, by winning a challenging matchup against the Champion in a very close 4-3 victory. Although MINBAPPE was scored the third goal by almost the end of the matchup, it just wasn’t enough to come close to the Thai player.

Brazil vs Egypt

Egypt delivered late drama, scoring in the final minute of the second game to equalize against Brazil. A third game with golden goal was played, and VANTOM was not able to escape the early goal of the Brazilian.

And just like that, Brazil and Thailand became the Finalists at Mobile.
