G2 Stride claimed victory at the RLCS London Major, held at the Copper Box Arena, defeating the powerful Team Falcons 4-1 in the grand final. In addition, Landon BeastMode Konerman was named MVP and was a particularly strong asset for the North American team to win the $75,000 top prize.

The RLCS Major 2 playoffs marked a first in Rocket League history, with teams from four different regions making it to the semi-finals. The final four featured Furia from Brazil (South America), Team Falcons from Saudi Arabia (Middle East), G2 Esports from the USA (North America), and Gentle Mates Alpine from France (Europe). The event had an attendance of over 12,000 fans and was absolutely electric throughout the tournament.

Gentle Mates, the RLCS Major 1 champions, were present during the semi finals and represented a threat during the entire competition. However, Team Falcons managed to defeat them with a very close 2-1 in the last game of the Bo7 match.

Furia Esports was also strong competitor and had a tight encounter with the Champions. However, BeastMode, Atomic and Daniel managed to claim the most important victories in the last two games of the match.

Besides the monetary prize, G2 Stride also earned crucial points to qualify for the RLCS World Championship later this year, which solidifies their participation in the upcoming tournament.
