In the inaugural year of this collaboration, selected nations have been invited to be represented at the final event. Nations are selected based on different factors such as player base and previous performances of players from the respective countries.
If a member association declines to participate, this spot is passed on to the next in line based on the factors mentioned above. Each member association is solely responsible for the selection process of their respective representatives.
Each participating nation will have the opportunity to host their own qualification tournaments to find the best players to represent them. However, but participating nations can also choose to nominate their players based on other criteria at their discretion.
The qualification process in each nation is determined by the respective member association. Once the member association has decided how to proceed, FIFAe will help to facilitate this proceed via FIFA.GG and notify the players that indicated their interest and are eligible in accordance. For any part of the process, players must be signed up on FIFA.GG.
Each nation is responsible for providing updates at their discretion. Official updates about the qualification process in your region will be provided by the respective member association. FIFAe will help to keep this information current and accessible for players through FIFA.GG and FIFAe official channels.
The requirements to participate are:
You must be 16 years of age or older.
You must have a valid passport from the respective FIFA Member Association you want to represent (i.e., you must have a passport from the country in which qualifier you want to participate).
