After an intense EA SPORTS™ FIFA Online 4 season with multiple qualification events, a new Champion has been crowned at the FIFAe Continental Cup 2022™. Team ProGramer lifted the trophy on 22 October in Vietnam as the event has been played out in a remote format with teams competing from studios in their respective countries. Alongside the famed trophy, the champions are walking home with USD 100,000 in prize money and unforgettable experiences to be crowned the best EA SPORTS™ FIFA Online 4 team in the world.

In front of millions of viewers via platforms like Huya, AfreecaTV and other channels in four languages, ProGamer with their players ProGxDISASTER, ProGxLieta, ProGxDjokovic and ProGxBae defeated CrazyWin from Korea Republic in an exciting final and got their hands on the unique trophy. For the first time in the tournament’s history, a Vietnamese team claimed first place. Going into the tournament as an underdog, the team did not lose a single match in the knockout stage on the road to the Final and won the tournament in dramatic fashion in the last match of the best-of-5 format in the Final.

At the FIFAe Continental Cup 2022, three teams from China PR and Vietnam, and five teams from Korea Republic and Thailand competed for USD 300,000 in prize money and ultimate pride to elevate their badge to ultimate glory. All results of the competition are available here.
