eFirst League 2023/24

The eFirst League, Bulgaria's sanctioned e-football championship, embarks on its fourth edition with EA FC 24. Kicking off on 2 April, the contest will unfold rapidly, with the season lasting under a month.

Format

Each participant represents a club and will battle for the prestigious "Champion of Bulgaria" title. The tournament end-goal, besides granting the winner national, is to serves as a gateway to international representation. The competitors will aim to secure a spot in the EA SPORTS FC Pro Play-Ins, with aspirations of progressing to the EA SPORTS FC Pro World Cup championship.

Group stage

16 Participants are divided into four groups, with each group hosting four players. The format of the group stage is Single Round-Robin format, with a Bo1 score. The matches will be played on 2, 3, 8, 9, 20, and 21 April.

Playoffs

The top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs or Knockout Stage, which consists in a single elimination format.

The tension escalates towards the end of April, with the quarterfinals scheduled for April 27, followed by the semifinals, the third-place playoff, and the grand finale all packed into the subsequent day.

Prize pool

A total of 3'000 USD is at stake for the semi-finalists, a sum that not only rewards their skill but also raises the competitive stakes. In addition, the winner qualifies to the EA SPORTS FC Pro Play-Ins.
