The eMLS Cup 2025 is a premier esports competition presented by Major League Soccer (MLS) in partnership with EA SPORTS FC PRO. With a duration of three days, the eMLS Cup is set to unfold on 12 March. The qualifiers during 12-13 March will be online, while the finals will take place at the prestigious Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City.

Competition Structure

The main event, the eMLS Cup Final, takes place on 14 March and will showcase elite EA SPORTS FC 25 competitors nominated to represent North American clubs. Participants will face off in intense matches aiming to claim the winning title and secure spots at the prestigious EA SPORTS FC Pro World Championship.

The structure comprises 2 days of qualifiers (12-13 March) with 14 clubs represented by one participant each in a single round robin in a Bo1 format, followed by the Play-ins and Finals.

The top 4 clubs advance to the Finals, while the 5th-12th place advance to the Play-ins stage, from which 4 more clubs will join the Finals. The clubs in 13th-14th place are eliminated.

Prize Pool

Competitors in the eMLS Cup 2025 will battle for glory, a place in the prestigious FC Pro World Championship competition, but also for a substantial prize pool totaling USD 50,000.
