The Taça Masters 2025 brings together top football esports clubs in a dynamic and high-stakes competition, combining online and offline phases to determine the winner. The tournament unfolds in two distinct phases: the Play-ins (held online) and the Playoffs, concluding in a live showdown at the Cidade do Futebol (City of Football) in Portugal on 13, 14 and 15 June.

Competition Structure

The competition is structured in two phases: the Play-ins and the Playoffs.

Play-ins Phase (Online from 31 May)

• Participants: 32 clubs
• Format: Swiss system, 5 rounds
• Qualification: Teams that achieve 3 wins advance to the Playoffs
• Match Format: Best-of-3 (BO3)
  • Match 1: 1v1
  • Match 2 & 3: 2v2

Playoffs Phase (Offline – June 13–15 at the City of Football)

• Format: Single-elimination knockout stage
• Match Format: Best-of-5 (BO5)
  • Match 1 & 2: 1v1
  • Match 3, 4 & 5: 2v2
