The MA Grassroot Award, given out during the FIFAe Finals 2023, recognized countries’ exceptional efforts in promoting football esports at the grassroots level. The Best Grassroots Programme Award was granted based on four key factors: 1) the commitment of the country to promote the football esports culture and inspire young players, 2) the structure of the tournament, 3) the number of participating players, and 4) the support from the football federation in terms of resources, coaching and administrative anchoring.
Awarded to France for their exceptional program focused on nurturing the youth in the French esports scene.
The Coach of the Year award is a testament to the vital role of guidance and strategy in esports and acknowledges the best coach of the year. This award celebrates the coaches who have not only improved the skills of their players but have also provided leadership and insight that contributed to their teams' successes. The selection of the winner started with an expert committee of media outlets who have followed the FIFAe season closely creating a shortlist of coaches. Then the selected coaches were handed to the coaches of the FIFAe Finals 2023 to select their favourite.

The FHG Player of the Year award recognizes the efforts of one of the women from the FAMEHERGAME Programme. This award aims to highlight their contribution to the community and their status as a role model for aspiring women competitors. The voting process consisted in a list of selected players created by the media and the final vote of the community to choose the winner.
The top scorer and winner of the FAMEHERGAME Bootcamp, Maria Cecilia, is awarded FHG Player of the Year!
Recognizing the impact of content creators on the FIFAe brand and community, this award honors the FIFAe community’s favorite Content Creator of the Year. The voting for this award consisted in an open submission phase by the FIFAe community through social media. The amount of submissions for content creators finalized a shortlist before the community vote for their favourite content creator.
Thanks to a fantastic display of support, Vitality_Rocky has won the very well-deserved Content Creator of the Year Award, after 55000 people voted on social media!
This award shines a spotlight on individuals, clubs or member associations who have demonstrated exceptional social engagement. Their commitment to making a positive impact beyond the competition is celebrated through the Good Game Promise Award.
The acclaimed Sky and Guild Women in Gaming Campaign highlighted the daily challenges faced by women in the gaming community, therefore awarded with the Good Game Promise Award.
With aesthetics and design playing an integral role in the esports world, this award recognizes the most eye-catching and creatively designed jersey from within the FIFAe community. This award acknowledges the best style of the year, so fashion outlets and the FIFA Licensing team worked together shortlisting the nominees, giving the community the ultimate decision.
Mixing bold colors, FNATIC has received the Jersey of the Year award!
Acknowledging the power of narrative in creating emotional connections, this award pays tribute to the player with the most inspiring or impactful story of the year. Similarly to the Coach of the Year and FHG Player of the Year, the Story of the Year award process started via media outlets shortlisting a few nominees, ultimately giving the community the chance to select their favourite story of this season.
PHzin wins Best Story of the Year, achieving consecutive Brazil victories, and important qualifications for his team and himself!
The Rookie of the Year award is given to the community’s favourite first year player. As with the Coach of the Year and FHG Player of the Year awards, four rookies were chosen by an expert panel of media outlets, who then headed to the community for final voting.
AboMakkah, who represented his club, nation, and self in the FIFAe Finals, shines and wins Rookie of the Year!
