AFC eChampions League Elite 2025

The AFC eChampions League Elite (eACL) is the Asian Football Confederation’s official eFootball™ console competition, launched in the 2024/25 season. Featuring clubs from across West and East Asia, it also features esports representatives from participating professional football clubs. The competition runs from 24 April until 28 April in Jeddah.

Competition Structure

The competition features a league stage and a knockout stage

League Stage

The Group Stage, also known as the League Stage, includes 16 participating clubs—eight from the West Region and eight from the East Region. Each region conducts a single round-robin competition over two matchdays. All matches are 1v1 and points are awarded based on standard match outcomes. Final standings in each region determine which teams progress to the next round.

Knockout Stage

The top four teams from each region advance to the Knockout Stage. The Round of 16 is played in a best-of-three format, with matchups determined by regional rankings. Subsequent rounds—the Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and Final—are played as single-elimination matches. The winner of the final match is awarded the AFC eACL title.
