Besides the exciting FIFAe World Cup 25™ featuring eFootball™ Console and Mobile competitions at the FIFAe Finals 25, another highly expected pinnacle event will take place: The FIFAe World Cup 25™ featuring Rocket League. This international event brings together 16 national teams battling in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 15 to 19 December. But for nations to earn their place, they must first compete in Regional Online Qualifiers from 16 to 26 October – all results will be available on FIFA.GG.

Nations that participate in the upcoming Regional Online Qualifiers are divided by region. The allocation of countries per region will be announced soon after the draw on FIFA.GG.

National selection

Member Associations around the world currently shape their national squads for the upcoming FIFAe World Cup 25™ featuring Rocket League in different ways.

National selection methods vary across each nation, but rely on one or a combination of approaches for the selection for their representatives at the FIFAe Regional Online Qualifiers:

• Direct Nomination: Nations directly nominate their players without domestic activations or bootcamps.

• Domestic Trials: Nations set open tournaments to all or invite only tournaments for well-established players in their communities; or a combination of both.

• Bootcamps: Organized closed-selection camps for top performing talent or training camps for players.

Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Finland, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Moldova, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.
