How nations build their roster for the FIFAe Regional Online Qualifiers

Member Associations around the world are currently shaping their national squads for the upcoming FIFAe World Cup 2025™ featuring eFootball™ both Console and Mobile. Each federation carries out their own process to determine the players who will proudly represent their nation on the global stage.

While the exact methods vary, nations rely on one or a combination of approaches for the selection for their representatives at the FIFAe Regional Online Qualifiers:

  • Direct Nomination: Direct nomination of players, without going through domestic trials or bootcamps.

  • Domestic Trials: Tournaments open to all or invite only tournaments for well-established players in their communities; or a combination of new and seasoned participants throughout tournaments.

  • Bootcamps: Organized closed-selection camps for top performing talent or training camps for players. Often in combination with domestic trials.

Here's how each nation is building their squad
